This is a new driver but it's actually more of a patch from what I can see, because the version numbers don't match up from what you can expect.
The Informer Driver page says the needed one for my computer is 7.8.1005.2009 and after a long search I found it on HP's driver pages. I will post that here too in case someone else has this issue. I never had the version that was the upgrade of 7.39.121.2011. I am confused that's for sure. The one I had installed was 7.21.531.2010, so I am wondering if I still need the driver version for 2011, too. If anyone can help please let me know.

According to the .inf file of the driver offered on Realtek's web site (http://www.realtek.com.tw/Downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=14&PFid=7&Lev el=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false), the latest version is 7.043.0321.2011 - which in Informer's terms would be 7.43.321.2011. Seems like HP are lagging behind... again.

Here's the direct download link I was returned (maybe it'll work for you too): ftp://WebUser:2mG8dBW@207.232.93.28/cn/nic/Driver_Win7_7043_04212011.zip

Cheerio.
